- Which type of payments do you accept?
SiamSilverMart.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card?, American
Express?,(any others?). We also accept Paypal, Money Orders/Cashiers Checks
- How long after you receive my order do you ship it?
As long as all items are in stock. Usually within (24-48?) hours once payment
has been received. Custom made jewelry will usually ship with X business days.
Our items ship directly from our warehouse/office in Thailand, so please allow
2-3 weeks for delivery (depending on chosen shipping method)
- Why do I need to register?
You only need to register on our site if you are making a purchase. By registering
you are initiating an account that only you may access. You may access your account
by using your email address and a password that you have created. Only you will
have access to this information. If you are signed up on our email list, this
does not mean you are registered.
- How do I register?
If you have never purchased from us before, you must register with us to place
an order. Once you have clicked on Secure Checkout located in your Shopping Cart,
you will be provided with a direct link that will walk you through the process.
- What if I forget my password?
If you ever forget your password again, there is always a link on the login page.
By providing your email address via a secure, encrypted connection, SiamSilverMart.com
will email you a new password. Passwords are case sensitive and must include
a number or punctuation character.

Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any
modifications to the order including cancellations.

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM CST will begin processing that day, excluding
holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification.
All orders placed after 1 PM CST will begin processing the next business day,
and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM CST on Fridays will
begin processing on the following Monday. SiamSilverMart.com will contact you
with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently
in stock or if we need to confirm availability. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE
SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS

Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, with ALL
tags attached. You may exchange or return merchandise by mail within 14 days
of receipt. Please send your return back to: (insert our address here – return
to Thailand? To Moline?) Please include your name, order#, and what you would
like a refund or exchange (for exchanges please give us the Size and/or new item
description. PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns on Earrings, Body Jewelry
or Closeout items. We will not do any returns on special orders. We do not refund
shipping and handling charges.

- When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received at MissSilver.com, your refund will be processed
in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. You will be notified
via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken
place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days
to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received
the information from SiamSilverMart.com
